So, I am sitting here watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with my boys (the new cartoon on Nickelodeon, great show) and Master Splinter said this:

"You cannot have Wisdom without Experience, and you cannot have Experience without making Mistakes."

So play the damn young guys. They have more talent, they just lack experience and wisdom. Playing them fulfills all the goals. Playing Al fulfills the tanking.
