Worst rendition of the National Anthem ever?

You think someone would be telling them the words in an earpiece or something cause wow.
 
Anyone whose username incorporates the initials of My Chemical Romance is automatically disqualified from judging talent.

A few things in life that you cannot dispute: Water is wet, the sun rises in the east, and Trannies LOVE Lady GaGa. Trying to get MCR to admit that Christina has a better voice is a fruitless endeavor.

With that being said, Christina was awful yesterday and as KEK has already pointed out, there should be no excuses for her. The girl from Glee came on right before her and did just fine. I also doubt that she has performed for anywhere close to the amount of live audiences that Christina has.


As far as the Halftime show, would it be such a sin to bring somebody in who can actually rock the house? I'm not talking about old rockers either. Football is a violent sport and deserves some high-octane, in your face-type of rock music that's a little more contemporary than Mcartney, The Who and Tom Petty.
 
A professional forgetting the words to our National Anthem is incredibly pathetic. There is no excuse...sorry.

If people would just sing the song the way it was written, we wouldn't have so many debacles like this. That girl in that video did a better job than most of the people you see singing at sporting events.
 
Yeah that last video was perfect. Why can't more people do it that way. The tendency to use it as an opportunity to show how much you can fluctuate your voice in every single word is not the point of the song.

Why is she wearing PJs?
 
Hell, why even have people SING the damn thing? Do it the Olympic way. Or have people sing it the traditional way sans all the added horse excrement
