Yah these. Attitude and background's really important to the Jazz as an Org. No way they'll offer Stephenson anything. Not one dime.

The key is not to have a whole team of knuckleheads. Good orgs can usually absorb a couple. We've had Kirk Snyder, Robert Whaley, and others that were worse people with far less upside. You could get rid of Lance in a New York minute at 27 mill over 3.

I think most people view this stuff like fantasy teams... Just plug a guy in and it all works. I would not want this guy around our young guys period. The team that knew the most about him said no thanks. If we had a veteran team... Maybe, but this guy is one of the biggest head cases in the league.

Just because someone else was able to land him as a FA, doesn't necessarily mean we didn't put an effort into it.

Yes, him being paid 3/27M makes us jealous because we are paying Hayward so much.

Let's just move on and not bring this up every time someone else signs a contract for less.

Yea, Cho was a jerk for doing so but that is what you get when you announce to the world that you are willing to match a max deal. It was stupid for the Jazz to do so and they only have themselves to blame. This is DLs first major screw up.

I think this deal is what Indy offered him so there must have been something else going on. As long as Charlotte can manage his personality they got a talented player.
