Utah is not "always looking to cut salary" but has made moves last year that were purely to relieve financial pressures - why else would it make head scratching moves such as moving Maynor and bring in Gaines? Every team at some point make moves that saves money and future financial flexibility - nothing new there.
So what? 'Wow' that the Jazz may be one of the teams doing what every other teams also do at one point or another?
