Yao is on trading block !!! KOC, lets get him !!!

After seeing how understanding and patient Jazz fans were with Carlos Boozer playing in 72% of the total amount of games during his 6-year tenure in Utah, I fully understand why Jazz fans would want Yao - who's played in 64% of the games during the same time span, not counting just 5 games out of the 82 game season this year.

It's sad as far as Yao goes though. I don't feel bad about the millions he has made. Just know that he wants to be out there on the court and it seems his legs can't support his body. Much like Oden.

My question is "At what price is Yao worth it from merley a marketing standpoint. I was in Houstan for game 7 a few years back and the amount of Asian press/yao jerseys on Asian kids makes me think he may be worth millions to any team willing to pay him.

Wouldn't happen here in Utah. Are you forgetting what state we're talking about? I'm sure there would be outrage by some fans with having an Asian on the Utah Jazz.
The only Asians Utahns like are girls for the momos and Asian fetish white boys.

Yeah, I can just imagine the massive outrage it would cause! Massive!

I'd rather have Luis Scola. He would double our rebound production. He actually boxes out and jumps for rebounds. Crazy ****, I know. I don't think Millsap and Jefferson have ever done that before.

I would love to see a trade for John Connor. We could have him travel back into time to kill chochem's pregnant mother. That way, we would never have to read his stupid trade ideas...

Good thought. However, I'm under the impression that jersey sales outside the arena all go to profit sharing. Jazz have already made the exact same amount of money on Chinese Yao jersey purchases that the Rockets have.

Yao has $8 million covered by insurance. His true cost is about $10mm. Saving money is the only reason anyone will be interested in calling Houston.

I'd give up a 2nd rounder for the chance that Yao could play again. I'm pretty sure he's all but done though, same type of injury year after year.
