Just to clarify, I'm not saying DHS is going to go around and shoot anybody. I just think that the whole thing is psyche warfare. Like Nukes basically. Does the US need nukes for practical warfare purposes? Most likely not, unless somebody else gets crazy. Do they need nukes for psyche warfare/deterrent reasons? Absolutely, that's 99% of the war game.

I know a lot of um, ...gun enthusiasts... are convinced that the gov't is gearing up for civil war. At what point does stockpiling go from deterrent to catalyst?
