He's on a bad team. He can't get off the bench. Can't shoot. Just buries his head and drives in the lane. Only has a knack for getting bailout calls. He's not helping us win. Gets hurt easily because he's out of control.

If Alec Burks was as good as you think he is, don't you think that we'd be a lot better team? Favors and Hayward plus another stud? Wouldn't that make us a pretty good team?

Burks does 1 or 2 things well, and that just isn't good enough. He has way too many other holes in his game.

Trey Lyles isn't THAT bad. 3 pts and 3.4 rbs in 14 minutes while shooting 35% from 3. He's only 19, and I would rather try and develop him than trade him for a scrub.

That's a fair question. Hacks post is saying Burks can't get off the bench (Anthony Bennett and stauskas logging major minutes though) which isn't true, and can't shoot which isn't true and basically is saying that Burks sucks.
But hack is simply doing what hack does and digging in his heels

He was signed to his extension for a reason.... Which is the jazz see talent and value in him.
