Jazzfanz biggest problem is people continually turning basketball related threads into pages of personal bitching matches. People need to make better use of the ignore option and avoid the meta ********. In my opinion.

Your rib/shot at GVC might have been a joke, but did you think that maybe he didn't receive it that way? 90% of the ribs/shots I've taken at you have been jokes but you don't see them that way.... and that's what has led to all this crying and ****.

If you want me to "do the right thing," then I'd expect you to sack up and take zero shots at anyone. Your sensitivity requires that much.

Member when I simply said "this" about one of beantowns posts and then you had to put me in my place?

You repped gvc hard for his negative post about me and I simply talked to you like a human with respect and tried to explain why I don't think I'm a hypocrite. I didn't even say you were holding anyone's jock or post pictures of t-shirts saying how you like to be on the bottom or anything. And your quote of gvc was about making sure that I knew you thought I was a hypocrite. When I said "this" about beantowns post It didn't even have anything to do with you.

Also in this thread I said shh don't tell shad, gvc, log, or frank. I didn't single out gvc for an attack. I put myself at the dis advantage by calling out 4 people (now I would be the 1 going against 4). No one else had said anything about gvc so I wasn't ganging up on him. It was the first jab I had taken at him in a long long time so it's not like I'm continually going after him.
Then after he told me to go **** myself and asked what my problem with him was, rather than attacking him back I respectfully explained myself and why I did the little jab at him and then at the end I acknowledged that he had changed his opinion of the jazz.
Never attacked him back in response to the go **** yourself comment.

Man I was mean to him right? What a hypocrite to ask people to be nicer and then just go after gvc so hard.

I'm sorry if me saying shh don't tell gvc, frank, log or shad took away from your enjoyment of jazzfanz. That is not what I try to do with my posting.
I hope that you stick around and realize that there are a lot of good posters on this site and that you will keep contributing to jazzfanz.
I will definitely try not to attack you like that anymore in the future.
I will try to practice what I preach. I'm not perfect so I may occasionally make a mistake and say something mean or rude sometimes. Feel free to call me out when that happens and will take it into consideration and most likely apologize for any un-warranted attacks and try to correct the behavior.

As far as you saying gvc was right about me being a hypocrite i would like to know why that is correct. As far as i understand (and i could definately be wrong) being a hypocrite in this scenario would be me telling people to act a certain way and then me going against what i said.

Now, if i told everyone to be 100% nice 100% of the time then ya, I would definately have been being a hypocrite when i said shhh dont tell gvc, frank, shad, or log.

From what i remember most of my bitching/whining/complaining on jazzfanz lately has been basically: Please ute fans try to talk less trash about byu in the byu homer thread. And I wish people would try to be nicer to each other.

I dont see myself going into the ute thread and talking trash (that would be hypocritical imo) and I do try to be nice most of the time. (im not perfect though and not nice 100% of the time.)

He is some of what i posted in the byu thread about what my problem with things was:
I would really appreciate it if ute fans would refrain from posting in this thread if the purpose of their posts are simply to bring negativity to it.

please make a byu trash talk thread and I will never go in there and it won't bother me.

I just want people to not be dicks in this thread that was created for byu fans to be homers about byu.

I'm simply asking people to not be rude dicks for no reason in this one thread. Doesn't seem like too much to ask.

The very fact that there are way more ute fans on this board than byu fans is a good reason to maybe cut the byu fans some slack.... if ute fans are good people anyway.

Ganging up on people because there are more of you doesn't seem like the right thing to do.

Especially considering the fact the utes are way on top right now.
Seems like bad character to gang up on a minority group and kick them while they are down.


Fwiw It doesn't bother me at all if you talk trash about byu in the ute thread or if you started a thread dedicated to trash talking byu. Go all out in that case.

I just would like to have this thread on jazzfanz to talk about byu with the few posters there are here who are willing to talk about byu with me, without feeling like I'm going to be harassed anytime I post something.


And its been awesome to see the ute fans take my request into consideration. They have graciously left that thread alone mostly and i really really appreciate. Big time shot out to the ute fans for showing some sensitivity towards me on that issue.

Anyway, i dont think i ever once said that no one should talk **** to anyone else ever and should be 100% kind and nice at all times. Also, when i left jazzfanz for a bit I explained to people that part of the reason i left was because i felt that i was becoming a more negative poster and was finding myself attacking posters for no reason all too often and wanted to take a break for a bit for that reason too. (i specifically remember being a dick to joebagadonuts about trump related things. He didn't deserve me treating him that way. There were a few others too)

I know im not perfect but i try to practice what I preach. Which is basically, try to be nice and respectful as much as possible. I probably shouldn't have made the post in this thread about gvc. I do make mistakes sometimes though. Im not perfect.
