On the Bill Don't Lie podcast today Zach Lowe mentioned he thinks Portland could fire sale their team if Aldridge leaves. He says Batum to Utah is a possibility. How would y'all feel about this trade?
 
depends on if it is this year's pick or next year's. I'd consider it, but man that guy has fallen off and it is a one year deal unless he resigns.

You would consider a 9 ppg player on 40% for 12m a year?? We might as well max Burke in that case.
 
lol this has been brought up 3 times this year, twice by me. the consensus was to wait until he hits free agency. I would give 2 or 3 seconds for him though.
 
With all this internal development talk by Lindsey being Quinn's strong suit, it's pretty clear we're not going to do a deal like this. If he had 2-3 years on his contract I'd consider it. Don't change what's working.
 
I love the weasel words. "Batum to Utah is a possibility." I'm not blaming OP necessarily, but this is how rumors with no legs begin. I'd like something more than a rumor before I even comment.
