i dont know about other languages, but chinese seem to always have trouble with r. They don't really have much of an r in their language.

I feel for em. I took french in High school and a french dude came in one day and tried to get a French R out of me. It was like erhcwhew, or something. I couldn't do it.

Does anyone else Ninja? I throw all sorts of nasty kale, spinach, whatever is about to rot in the bottom of the fridge and fruit bowl into those single serve choppers to make it taste good. But damn I got some bad protein powder or something yesterday. Don't recommend doing that.

Yah, tried it once, but too much fibre apparently so I got really bad indigestion. Apparently you're supposed to ease into it.

Also I read somewhere that when you chew your food, enzymes in your mouth is supposed to partially break down the food in the process - you don't get that when you blend them up and just drink it.

Another thing to consider is you're not supposed to mix veg & fruit as they digest in your stomach differently... (you're supposed to eat fruit on an empty stomach). So when you're mixing it all up it makes it harder for your body to digest...

I dunno, may be it's just me, but I just like the act of chewing raw veg. vs trying to drink it...

have you tried myfitnesspal?

a lot of people use it to track calories (and macronutrients--carbs/fats/proteins), and it's great for that. But you can also use it to track micronutrients like vitamins and minerals as well, that also contribute to overall health. its a very good tool and the great thing is it has a ton of users so most food (or some version of it) is already in the system so very little work. zero work if you have barcodes to scan.
im pretty young, and ate whatever garbage i fancied, and really didnt have any of the normal issues like cholesterol or blood pressure, etc. but was diagnosed with a rare potentially terminal disease which still has no known cure to this day (but can be gotten into remission with meds, good healthy diet, etc.). so that scared me ****less and i started using myfitnesspal religiously. it was kinda laborous for a couple weeks, then became pretty easy. after a couple months i found that i could eyeball stuff and come pretty close to what the app was doing for me. a few months later, i found i didnt really need to use the app at all since i had intuitively learned to do it instinctively. nowadays i still use it to lookup some foods im not familiar with, or get back on track if i start cheatin alot, around the hilidays, etc. but it was very helpful to teach me to be healthy, and eventually become healthy. i recommend it. hope it helps bro, even tho ur racialist.

Thanks for the contribution but can you consider using paragraphs next time bro? Really hard to go through that without squinting.

It was definitely easier than the Ebonics he has been using. I thought it was a good post

Hotttttkkkkkmmkkkkmkkkk, I met a guy from New Zealand wild mountain biking today, was it your friend? He is a vet. Like a cat and dog doctor, not a war vet. Do New Zealanders even go to war?

I'm sure that's true for those who don't eat many veggies or fruits. Don't know about the rest of your post. Seems like a lot of overthink.

Wow cool bro - we're big on pets here so he's probably quite well off. We also love mountain biking.

Yah we go to war, we've just decided to join the Iraq war this week.
