I saw Gobert tweet this as a hashtag and Favors retweeted it, so I guess they endorse this nickname.

Do we approve? Can we think of a better one?

Overall I'm happy with it. Only thing I don't like is that it borrows too much from "Splash Brothers".
 
I kind of like wasatch front.
And sultans of swat (might have already been used in the past though)

But hell, if gobert and favors like block brothers then I'm fine with that
 
Awesome. The nickname is ok. I actually think it makes it a little better that's it's close to the splash brothers.

What I like most is they are embracing it which will drive them to continue to be good at it.


I love how Rudy is putting himself out there and pimping himself. He has great confidence in himself.

The Wasatch Front is cool. No one knows it but I like it.

No one outside of Utah is going to get what Wasatch Front means.

Sultans of Swat is just kind of lame. Would be cool if Gobert and Favors where middle-eastern, but they aren't.
 
The Maginot line would be cool if Favors was French. And if the Maginot line did anything to actually protect France.
 
Naahhh, Rudy should come up with something more creative cuz this 'block brothers' won't fly with the basketball fans. I do like the 'Wasatch front' pair name though!

Smash Brothers is alright.
 
i'm usually not okay with people picking their own nicknames....but i might let this slide. ill call them whatever they want if they keep playing this way.
 
Wasatch Front was good. Block Brothers is lame. Maybe I'll just call them the Block Heads.
But anything that ties them together is good. Makes the likelihood of the two sticking in Utah higher.
