How much help has China given NK on nuclear development?

I got this news on the radio a few days ago, took it sorta like what would you expect? So let's help Japan with a sort of defense project that can take out any missile launched at say 1000 ft. outgoing. Japanese Star Wars.

For me the real worry is satchel/backpack technology. Ten ideologues with orders to "go critical" on Times Square . .
 
What are the odds this kind of thing ever amounts to anything at all anyway. I mean, seriously they would have to know that if they ever acted on it there would be swift, brutal and final retribution. Their entire country is a few big nukes from being a giant sheet of glass and powdered carbon, and they would be fools to think it would end any other way.

It's still significant for two reasons: a significant sign of Sino-American relations growing and China getting scared of their proxy country. Both are the same really. It shows how China is serious about joining the modern world in a way Russia has not been. There are 3 regions left before world peace, plus African problems. 50 more years.

Fundamental error here is that the claim we are for "world peace" is just false. No, we are for continual limited wars enough to keep certain corporates profitable. missles, drones, nukes, whatever.

Zbignew Bryzensk( https://csis.org/files/publication/150318_Brzezinski_Remarks.pdfi) and Carl Rove are still beating the drums for WWIII, and the little tiff over Ukraine is just a sort of defining the war exercise.

Google Maurice Strong, Prince Phillip, and some other grand strategists and see what must be done with overpopulation, soon.

i fear a world where there is world peace.

not that i am a war mongerer, and war is a terrible thing.
but if there is world peace, it will be easier for a/the government. to subdue every single citizen.

we should enjoy our cultural societal regional and religious differences. not every country has to become a capitalist proxy joining the "modern" world
