You said all life is equal. I said that I think a child life is more valuable than someone at the end of their life.

It's not just America. The global TFR is just barely (0.17) above global replacement rate and the global TFR is continuing to drop. Global population is stabilizing and will likely contract in the second half of this century. Like I said we should be mindful but optimistic. If you don't believe me look into the demographics for yourself.

I'm not even sure if India's TFR is above their replacement rate. If it is it isn't by much. Our replacement rate is 2.1 because of our healthcare system. I'm certain India's is higher by how much I don't know. I could look it up but meh.

The state has the authority to license and regulate abortion clinics and to inspect them, the Health Department said. Federal law prohibits the buying and selling of human body parts or trafficking in tissue from an aborted fetus.

Yeah because that's realistic. It's about as realistic as thinking the government won't throw billions more to the families of these unwanted kids. That's what we do. Help those who have little to no interest in helping themselves.

FWIW, "any woman/girl who ends up pregnant unintentionally" is not someone you'd take home to Mama, either, maybe?. A woman might avoid the problem with some good sense. But maybe some really smart folks with big ideas about what the world should become have taken steps to control the rhetoric while letting stupid peoples' babies get thrown in the trash, or divvied up into parts for research. Lots of Drs. Mengele out there nowadays. . . . Lots of big people with ideals about Mother Earth being too good for hordes of humans.

Letting women have their choice is not actually congruent with massive media/government/school public indoctrination moralizing on overpopulation, either. If you actually believed in choice you wouldn't support the propaganda, or insist it's "education" to direct that choice.

It's pretty ****ing sad that you and your kind can't even imagine how some naive, passive teenage girl might find herself in a situation where something happens with an overzealous teenage boy with a hair trigger. Too busy judging your fellow humans to consider that not everything is as simple as black and white.

Agreed. Not everyone is born in a beneficial situation, with the same opportunities. Same parenting, morals etc.
