I wonder if OKC would take the 1st round pick (unprotected) and Trey for Cameron Payne.. They'd probably turn that down.. maybe if they threw in one of the Warriors 1sts??
Oh, sports is about exposure. This, my friends, is the definition of a troll because what you are saying is that the Knicks are a worse spot than the Jazz. First off, both teams flat out suck. You'll probably deny as a homer and fan, but the Jazz have been irrelevant for so long. The difference: Whoever plays for the Knicks, gets instant exposure playing in the spotlight in the arguably most prolific sports town in the world (ie. Jeremy Lin, who is a average at best PG). Utah... not so much.
Also, talk about me being the "sour" one - that was just a harmless post. Siro, I know you are a "Premium Subscriber" (which I am assuming means you pay for the same services I get, you just get a nice title under your name)but get off your high horse bud.
To get back to the point though, Calderon is actual trash and would be a step down from neto who atleast plays solid defense.

I would really love to get Payne. Don't see any scenario where they'd go for it. 2 first-rounders is too much. Do they have a contract that we could absorb? I know they're facing a tax burden. (But there's this whole intra-conference angle, too.)
just checked. The only contract/experiment they may want to cut bait: Dion Waiters. Yick.

Someone hand NYC the exposure championship every year. Bummer.
* Sigh * another jazz fan that either is just twisting my words or failed reading comp in grade school. Fandom aside, I much rather see Cotton on the Knicks or other high profile teams (ie. Celtics , Lakers, etc) than the Jazz as it will give him exposure. Never did I say sports is about exposure... its about winning - something that (not being a douche here) Utah can not really contribute either)
