You have to compete consistently before you can win consistently. The Jazz compete consistently, and are rarely blown out. It is a culture thing that pays dividends, like stingy defense.

18+ppg, 47% from 3 91%, from the line, 4rpg and 2.5apg since this thread was created.

And as good as he's been from 3, he gets off more quality shots off the dribble than any player on the team - in fact I'd go as far to say he does this at an elite level.

I don't even think Hood realizes yet how big a weapon this can be for him.
 
If Hood and Hayward can both maintain this that will be a huge boost to this team. Hayward has proven he can. Can Hood?

Yes I think he can

Plus upgrade cj and ingles with Burks and our combination of three wings are about as good as any 3 wing combo in the league.

That last sentence makes me hungry.... For some wings and CAKE!
 
Since the first time I saw him with the Jazz I've loved Hood's game and thought it's just a matter of time before he's an All-star. When he has the ball it's like he's in slow motion. He's one of the best at getting near the paint with three defenders surrounding him and still getting off a shot. That funky timing with his dribble just throws people off. Now that he has a consistent 3 he is deadly.
 
This thread is another example of how I'm always right.
