I seem to recall the Jazz having some luck with the 46th pick. Think Williams Millsap and Russell were all picked #46 over all. Let's trade for a few of those while we are at it.

I don't believe they had a clear plan to tank at that time. I'm guessing the Millers fought that idea right up until they realized Millsap and/or Al was moving on.
