Kings at Jazz Game Thread Saturday 3/5/11 7:00 PM MST

Please oh please let that happen. When was the last time the Jazz won in a blowout?
20 or more - Jan. 14 Jazz vs Cleveland 121-99

We have won both games against the kings this year so far. Our biggest weakness against them has been rebounds 95-77.

3rd qtr buzzer beater last game vs Kings-Fes w/ a dime: (apparently nba.com doesn't allow embedding:mad:)

If the Jazz win it will be incredibly underwhelming.
Much like your posts or sex life.

Okay you set yourself up for that but I'm sorry..... we both know you don't have sex or a life, let alone a sex life.

If we ever meet I'll give you a hug and if you play your cards right maybe second base, if you want more talk to trout I hear he's easy.

Cousins has publicly said he was the better player over Favors. Could get interesting.

Hahahahaa - Cousins may win the battle tonight; but Favors will win the war in terms of who has a better career.

I'd take Favors over Cousins and it's not even close.

I would like the Jazz to mitigate the bleeding by getting a win. But if they lose it helps out both first round picks. ...silver lining?

I know, right? I'd never root against my team, but if we lost this one I wouldn't be as sad as when we lost to Denver.

Another update, looks like Favors will play:
Jazz forward Derrick Favors will play tonight against Sacramento, despite dealing with a cold that forced him to miss a game Thursday against Denver.
Guard Ronnie Price (sprained right big toe) is out, while Earl Watson (lip) is a game-time decision.

Also not an update for this game in particular but the upcoming road trip.

Jazz rookie forward Jeremy Evans will remain with the Utah Flash tonight for a home game against New Mexico in Orem.
Evans made his Development League debut Friday, scoring 10 points and grabbing eight rebounds.
He will return to the Jazz on Sunday, and will be with the team for a four-game road trip that starts Monday in New York.
Meanwhile, Utah coach Tyrone Corbin said that guard Ronnie Price will definitely travel with the team on the road, while center Mehmet Okur might.

The player the Jazz needs to pay extra attention to is not Cousins, but Marcus Thornton. He can get hot and drop 40 on us given the Kings need scoring desperately at the guard position and he is given the freedom to shoot the ball anytime he wants.
