I'd like to see Al pass to a cutter instead of being a black hole, but at this point, no one else seems to want to shoot.

One thing I really liked to see is how many buckets/opportunities the Jazz had in transition. I think I counted 3 or 4 long-distance outlet passes to a guy that released early for an easy hoop or FTs. I don't know why more teams don't do this.. there's no reason not to. Easy points.

Once teams know you're doing it a lot they'll be ready to steal the long outlet pass.

Out of necessity, AJ's playing too many minutes - recently he's been around 38-39mpg. Ideally I think you want him closer to 34. He's resorting to more jumpers late in the game because he's a little gassed and getting pushed out of the box. The maturation of Favors and Okur coming off the bench next season should help a great deal.

Took my 10 year old daughter to this game. It was certainly a fun one to be in the crowd. She yelled more than I did. I'm surprised she could talk today.
A guy next to us caught one of those t-shirt bricks they dropped with parachutes and gave it to my daughter. Pretty sure it was because he noticed her yelling.
Meanwhile, the lady on the other side of us (and her two kids) left when there was 1 minute left in regulation. What??? I can't fathom that.

I don't get it either, but one of the memories that is burned into my skull forever as a kid was watching Kirk Gibson hit a homer off of Dennis Eckersley to win Game 1 of the '88 World Series, and seeing the massive line of cars waiting to leave Chavez Ravine in the background.Took my 10 year old daughter to this game. I was at the triple overtime game against Jordan and the Bulls in '92 and the guy in front of me left at the end of the 3rd quarter declaring that the game was over and the Jazz sucked. I was glad he left, he was being a jerk all game. That was the first game I went to and the excitement of triple overtime against Jordan, and winning, is probably why I'm a die hard Jazz fan to this day. If my dad and I had left early I probably wouldn't feel the same.
