The young heal fast when you have the best doctoring money can buy.
Jabari Parker was back playing within 11 months 3 weeks after his surgery and Exum still has 3 1/2 months before the new season to go.
Dante is the key to how good the Jazz are this season,Jazz can be dominate this year as he makes everybody better.

I hope he is fully healed when training camp starts.

Because we have George Hill, I don't think he's the key to how good we are this season. He can certainly be a valuable piece especially off the bench, but don't think he's the key. I do however believe he is the key piece for the Jazz over the next decade.

Dante not playing by the season end and skipping the Olympics seem like a very good call right now. He is having plenty of time to make a full recover - or as close to it as knee injuries allow. I don't agree, though, that he is the key for a good season. He'll probably play only about 15-20 minutes per game, as the Jazz will be carefull with his knee. Besides, Exum is clearly Hill's backup. He is pretty much still a project at this stage, IMO. I would admit, though, that his lenght and quickness on the defensive end helped the team a lot and, in that sense, he made everyone better. Offensively, though, he struggled and wasn't reliable at all. How much will he improve having missed a season remains to be seem. I'm actually more hopeful for the 17-18 season in his case. With another year under his belt he may finally become starting material.

Or in time for the playoffs to roll around so he can blanket the **** out of em.
 
Depends how you define what the key is. I'd say he has the biggest gap between the worst scenario and the best scenario, so if he does hit that best case scenario it probably makes a bigger impact than others.
