For one thing, you can't just do two payers for one with no picks involved I think.

No idea... this has never happened before as far as I know... there isn't really a precedent as such.

I would cancel the Noah pick and let them complete their Millsap/Gasol and picks swap. Sounds like a simple miscommunication. Silesian should be able to make his own selection.
