Jazz vs Clippers - October 30, 21:30 CET/14:30MDT

We;ve never seen this Jazz team at full strength though.

True, and who knows if we ever will, or, given their frequent injuries, maybe we already have. If they were full strength more would obviously be expected (and after evaluating the team at full strength for a decent amount of time then they might be discovered to be better than one or both of Portland and LAC), but, as it stands, it really doesn't make a whole lot of sense to lose one's mind because the Jazz lost to two superior teams on the road.

This was the first game I've watched (and stopped watching after the Clippers got up 15) so maybe it was just a poor matchup against quick perimeter players with killer crossovers, but has Ingles lost two steps defensively? Has he gone from passable to a major liability?

Ingles has never been passable on defense. He has quick hands, that's about it.

Nah, he's been passable in the sense that the other team doesn't run every offensive possession directly at him in an attempt to score. The Clippers did just that today. This negates his quick hands because he is never off ball.

When 4 starters and best bench player combine for a total of 20 points you will have trouble. Yikes

Lol, y'all sound so over dramatic. It's like a road trip with all 4 of my daughters.

It's not panic time but we certainly can be concerned with how gawd awful the offense has been.

I'm beginning to believe Quin's offense is part of the issue... would be nice to see what it looks like with Gordon out there but we seem to be stagnant on offense and end taking terrible shots up against the shot clock.

We had plenty of open shots, they just didn't fall. Favors 1-8 on lay ups and tip-ins pretty much tells the story of how our team played -- excluding George Hill.

We knew beforehand the schedule was incredibly difficult to start the season (3 games on the road against top 5 West teams, home game against the Spurs, 5 game road trip). Made even harder with Hayward out and Favors on a minutes restriction. And integrating Hill/JJ/Diaw/Exum and getting comfortable with a lot of new rotations.

Struggling to start the season isn't surprising. We will likely be a few games under .500 when Hayward gets back, and then we'll start rocking teams.

This is right on point. I'm not worried about this loss at all. I feel like we have an incredible team put together and it's only a matter of time before we are a tough out for any team.

Even though our shots(and theirs) weren't falling, our play during the first quarter wasn't atrocious, and we had the lead. But it seemed like Diaw was so god-awful that he robbed our team of its mojo.
