Guys, I know we all would love to get Lebron. But the truth of the matter is, most of the players that will most likely be available when we pick are going to be career bench warmers or border all-stars. Unless we end up with a top 5 pick, we're probably not going to end up with Lebron.

With Harris's injury proneness, I'd be more than happy if we ended up with a solid PG with our 2nd pick as long as the first is used to shore up our wings.

The video is entitled "Jimmer Fredette Destroys Gonzaga (NCAA)." Hmmmm... I wonder why there aren't any defensive plays in the highlights.... curious, ain't it?

Not only just because he doesn't play defense, but also because all these highlight reels ever do it show the one thing that guy does best. So for Jimmer we get 3 pt'er after 3 pt'er. For Derrick Williams all we get is dunk after dunk (that is true for most players). These kinds of videos show nothing of any kind of substance about a player, just that he can shoot and/or dunk.

Why do Walker's highlight reels show defensive plays? You've got me all befuddled. Wut is dis 'highlight'?
 
my god, if people on this board got mad about Brewer's man-to-man defense and his effort in getting past screens, what the hell do you think would happen after about 30 seconds of Jimmer?

my post was directed at anybody who might be confused by the claim that Fredette isn't a good NBA prospect.

I stayed silent for awhile on this issue.... hoping (in vain) that it would just go away... it seems so bloody obvious. I'm watching him now and LOLing my *** off.
