Hayward is an extremely frugal guy...probably using whatever shoes that were given to him for free regardless if it was the right size or not. I don't blame him. You know how expensive basketball shoes are nowadays? It's insane.

The FO doesn't have the balls to pull the trigger on such a deal IMO. He's worth that pick, plus a handful of other assets all of which the C's can easily afford to lose without hurting their chances this year.
