I know a Thai chef, and I had her make me some home-made hot sauce. **** is hot! It's like eating distilled lava. A drop of it is hotter than an entire bottle of siracha. Hold on a minute. Let me take a picture.

Am I the only person who thinks cranberry sauce w/ other food, especially gravy, is disgusting?

I always eat it by itself. We do a homemade orange/cranberry sauce tho, so I've forgotten what the regular stuff taste like.

I used to not like it, but it's grown on me a lot over the past two years. Now it's a must on my Thanksgiving sandwiches.

It's like a literal bomb. I put a tiny bit in my omelette yesterday, and I almost cried this morning on the toilet.

Ahh.. I know that one. That's 'Nam Prik Pao' if I'm not mistaken? It's kinda like chilly oil right?


Taste much better than Sriracha. It has a much more rounded flavour, more complex too. Also tastes much better when made from scratch freshly and/or home made. Good & respectable Thai restaurants make their own from scratch. You can buy them in a jar but it wouldn't taste half as good.
