Fantasy Draft: Sandwiches

Ahh.. I know that one. That's 'Nam Prik Pao' if I'm not mistaken? It's kinda like chilly oil right?

Taste much better than Sriracha. It has a much more rounded flavour, more complex too. Also tastes much better when made from scratch freshly and/or home made. Good & respectable Thai restaurants make their own from scratch. You can buy them in a jar but it wouldn't taste half as good.

We all know you put sriracha on your genitals.

That's exactly what it is. :)

Yeah nice.. you're well connected if you're able to get a Thai chef to make some for you from scratch.. LOL..

That's actually very good to put in a Thai version of vietnamese' Pho, to gives it more heat and makes it more complex.

Also great on fresh bread believe it or not (although you'll probably need a mild version of it).

Do you know Lao food? I put it in my Khao Piek Sen, and other Lao rice noodle soups. I also put it in Pho, obviously.

Ah ok, you know how to use it. You're more diversity in food than I thought.. LOL .. good on ya.

Yes I like Lao food, in Thailand there's a version of it called Isaan Food (North East region). I love all Isaan Food usually eaten with sticky rice. Can't get enough of it.
