You know it definitely should affect the reputation, but the thing here is that there is a history of the administration/moderation battling with REP power holders that own the market and enforce their will and ganging up to defeat anyone that they dislike which craps all over the entire idea of forum discussions. I would say limiting the rep level pretty much limited their cockiness but also took the fun away from its drama and lameness covered humor that I tend to enjoy a lot. Now all we have is 3rd class trolling that is plain retarted instead of clever roleplayings we used to have. When you realize that even trolling is downgraded, you know that something's not the same on your community.
