Embed Tweet Help

I have been having this problem and haven't cared enough to start a thread. I'm getting tired of it though so here it is.

I went on my computer and saw that it was a tweet. Wondering why it's not coming up? When I click on it it has an error message as well. Is it just a problem with the app?

Paste into tweet code. [teet] [/teet]

Spell tweet correctly.

Nothing like the desktop site but practical option in most situations.

I have tried to switch to the app several times and just don't like it. I use desktop on my phone just fine... and I am never on a desktop anymore.

I too used to use desktop on mobile a lot actually, but certain features of the app feel easier to use. Like the participated tab. And it is easier to share photos since we cannot drag and drop images on the desktop posts on advanced editing anymore somehow.

Yeah.. the only reason I ever switch to the app is to post pics from my phone.

Looks like you pasted the full URL, not just the numbers at the end

This is what you did:
[twee]https://twitter.com/TheVertical/status/831951580828200963[/twee] (I've deleted the final "t" on tweet so you can see the text)

This is what you should have done:
[twee]831951580828200963[/twee]

This is what shows up if you do it that way:
[tweet]831951580828200963[/tweet]

And it shows up immediately, or at least it did for me in this case.

I'm making an update soon that if you just post the full twitter URL, I'll just convert it in your post to a [teet]...[/teet] for you... after 5 minutes. This will likely be in a couple weeks. It will allow a link for the app and the pretty tweet pic for the desktop site.

So, if ya want, just post the full link and I'll handle it soon.
