Quotes After The Game: John Wall Special

I wonder if Gobert stays at Wall's place with his family when the Jazz play in DC and makes Wall get a hotel.

Wall is a lot like Chris Paul. Neither will ever win a championship and both simply make excuses when they fail.

Rudy has been getting away with more stuff. Not saying he's Dennis Rodman. For example since people have brought up some UK bias. In the first half of the Kings game the other day Rudy blatantly went over the back of Skal, tipped it up, 2nd jumped to secure the o-board and then put it back for a dunk or layup..

and my initial thought was "if you're allowed to do that, then maybe all NBA teams should try to have a giant(7'2+) on their roster.. or draft a player like 7'6" Tacko Fall this year". he's got a standing reach several inches over Rudy's might be the first player to ever record a standing reach of 10' (though it's presumed Manute Bol was over 10')

Look right here at evidence.*snaps fingers* Behold. one of Rudy's big highlight blocks, where is his off-arm? It's on John Walls back.. Look at how John Wall lands.. this is one of the best athletes in the NBA, u think he lands like that completely on his own accord???

The most Iconic moment in NBA history is undoubtedly Michael Jordan PUSHING-OFF on Byron Russell... right?

You want me to keep my mouth shut because I am illustrating a double-standard, which some here wish to uphold because of some combination of fantastical and territorial reasoning.

That is just an assumption you are making. He also clearly hit all ball and *if* his off arm made contact with Wall he did not extend that arm or push into him. More likely Wall was going all out knowing his shot was going to be contested. He also lands on his feet initially so there is a good chance he is trying to sell the light contact. That is a good clean block and no refs are going to call an arm on his back that does not move on a very clean block.

Yes the refs probably missed some calls against Wall (honestly refs can call a foul on most drives for most players since there is almost always some type of contact) but the refs also missed calls against the Jazz.

Nah, we just want you to shut up because you're boring and you yap too much.

I thought the Wizards got jobbed on a few calls last night, but this is the NBA on the road. Things happen. He comes off like a whiny little bitch about it. Have fun in the playoffs Wall. This stuff doesn't get any easier.

So did the Jazz though Exum got butchered a few times... Gobert got smacked a few times too.

After re-watching the game this ref bs was over done. The wizards announcers called the game like they were watching their sons play. They were Bitching about every call would make sense the wiz fans would follow their lead.

How many times a game does Rudy get shoved in the back going after a rebound that is not called? Not have a hand touching his back, like his did on Wall, but actually shoved. And in the interview afterward you don't get borderline intelligible complaining from Gobert. He just gives more effort, not complaints.

How come this fool doesn't get fined for criticising the refs? What a cry baby ,

Come to think about we will hear Christina Paula crying just like him in the first round

He also takes elbows and stiff arms in the chest constantly. Refs were pretty consistent last night and let them play. The difference in free throws was in part because they brought the hammer down on Rudy when he had any look at a dunk. Maybe contest those shots instead of hacking.

John wall is a clown... just take the L you don't get to bitch after the game after getting a handful of man meat on a screen.
