So are we good with standing pat until his decision? We, obviously, lose cap space after July 1 and lose the Diaw team option trade chip.
I would reverse those - the second worst thing is if he leaves. The worst thing is if they make short term moves to appease him and he leaves.
There won't be a sign and trade with Hayward. If Gordon is making this move to win now, he isn't going to require Boston to blow assets on getting him.
What's the move you think that will make Hayward stay? Do you think adding Ricky Rubio sways him one way or the other?
I'll be honest, if we got Crowder+ in a S&T I wouldn't be completely heart broken. Dang good player, great deal.

They can't get both Hayward and George without trading away pieces. A S&T isn't the craziest thing (though Indy has a better chance at good pieces).
It was clunky as I was writing... I was considering them independent bad things but you are correct sir.
Basically if u think he's leaning towards leaving then don't chase good assets after bad.
The exception to me is Beverly. If u can get him for the OKC pick do it. He could be moved later for equivalent value if there is an injury or a team misses out on a FA target.
Or u keep him... just build a whole team of mother effers Bev, Ingles, Gobert, and I think mitchell will end up being a bulldawg... he seems Hungry!
