Damn, I think we could have taken on that DeMarre deal. He would have been useful this season and we could use the draft assets.

No way. Then you are paying Carroll/Burks a combined 27 million for the 18/19 season.

A late first round pick isnt worth it for a team like the Jazz who need to re-sign two key players in that off-season.

Come on, a couple weeks ago you were talking about trading Favors for DeMarre and a first. DeMarre would put us at like 74 million next summer, and there aren't even many good free agents who aren't restricted.

They'd be worth it if they counted as one player.

That was when I thought we had Hayward coming back and re-signing Hood wasn't a priority.
