I would say this series is over.

Unfortunately, this is the Mavs you're talking about. The same team that wasted away a championship series against the Heat.

The same team which was blown out by Golden State a few years back.

This series is far from over. If the Lakers ever learn to use Bynum like Shaq (give him the ball instead of Artest and Kobe chucking) then they'll win.

The same Mavs team? The only 2 players from that season on the team are Dirk & Terry. Different coach too. How does that make them the same team?

The Lakers have been relying on beating teams in the paint with Gasol and Bynum, but the Mavs have 7-footers too. Pau is playing soft right now, the Lakers are getting nothing from the PG spot, they no longer have any serious shooters on the wing, and they're depth isn't great. Unless the Mavs completely fall apart, they should win this in 5 or 6.
 
I could still see Lakers winning. Not so far fetched. Btw, there is a reason why Yankee and Lakers fans are cocky. They do win
 
Any team that has Dirk at the helm does have a propensity to completely collapse.

God knows you can never keep these promises.
 
The NBA's worse nightmare would be a Mav's/Thunder or Mav's/Grizzles conference finals! Sterns won't let it happen. He's on the phone as we speak....talking to the ref's who will be calling the next game in Dallas!!! Kobe goes to the line 25 times next game...and you will see some of the most unbelievable calls ever made in a professional basketball game!
