Jazz expected to pursue Andre Iguodala

I wonder if there is anything real to this. Or maybe just the Jazz getting their name out there as a team that is going to be active. There are some benefits to the marketing aspect of looking like you are a player this time of year. Candidly I don't see the appeal to Iggy, not interested.

Lol would be hilarious after his Night Life comments.

He was the positive one.

Iguodala never said he wasn't a fan of Salt Lake City. He mentioned the nice bars, Park City, the unique restaurants, movie theaters and the cleanliness of the town as appealing attributes.

He did call it a boring "vibe" after games, but that was relative to LA.

Really? The article I had read before the home games mentioned that he ridiculed Utah for having a not so cool night life.

""The problem with Utah is that you're just sitting there and your mind is, like, dead, because in L.A., you still got energy for the game," Andre Iguodala said. "Because you're in L.A., you're like, 'Man, this is just the vibe in L.A.' but in Utah, it can kind of lull you to sleep. And then you've slept too long or I'm bored out of my mind and now you got to try to pump yourself up for the game. You know you're in the playoffs and you're supposed to be pumped anyway, but the vibe is just like, 'Man, let's just get out of here.'"

That doesn't sound too positive to my ears. In fact I found it pretty offensive and I'm not even from Utah. Even the sympathy I have for Utah from supporting the Jazz and interacting with you guys for years are enough for me to want to slap Iggy's stupid-*** face.

No idea what's complicated about it (if it's possible).

They max Curry. They realize they are losing Igoudala no matter what so they call teams who might want Iggy, but dont have the cap-space to sign him outright at his desired asking price. Utah is one of those teams. Iggy agrees he wants to go to Utah. They figure out the price. In return the Warriors upgrade their center position with Favors. Win-win for both teams.

I dont think the Warriors would really care about helping Utah, their ego is big enough to where they probably would enjoy the challenge of facing Utah with him. Hell it would be paying back a favor because Utah is the team that facilitated Iggy going to the Warriors in the first place.

*And I dont really want this to happen all that much (I think Iggy is breaking down), it's just thinking of a scenario where it could happen*

This statement was made after the NBA Finals had ended.
