Donald Fires FBI Director who's investigating Russian Election Hacking

Just gotta find a way to connect it to the investigation. The current investigation is donnie's campaign and their possible collusion with the Russians. I don't see how we can tie Clinton into that.

But I mean, if the allegations Franklin set forth are all that clear, why isn't there a separate investigation going on there? They investigated Benghazi what, four times? Emails how many times? The way it's presented there seems to be more than enough evidence... and the GOP has a majority in every single branch of the government.

If she's guilty, let her burn. If there's not even enough evidence to bring up a solid investigation from her staunchest rivals how is an individual supposed to take it seriously?

Who knows what Mueller will uncover or where it will take him. From what I read he is allowed to follow and pursue anything he finds. I wonder where it will lead next.

In a development that likely surprises nobody, Trump and Corker have renewed their back and forth tweets insulting each other. Sad state of affairs, although I think Corker is right in saying Trump is "debasing" our nation.

https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2017/10/corker-trump-feud/543801/

"In a trio of television interviews, the increasingly outspoken Tennessee senator repeated his dim assessment of Trump’s performance and went further than he—or any elected Republican—has gone in questioning the president’s fitness for office. Calling Trump “an utterly untruthful president,” Corker said he was not a role model for the nation’s children and declared unequivocally that he would not support him for reelection in 2020. “He’s obviously not going to rise to the occasion as president,” Corker said on CNN. He accused Trump of “constant non-truth telling” and said he would be remembered for “the debasing of our nation.”

Not everyone thinks the "Steele Dossier" is pure garbage:

https://www.justsecurity.org/44697/steele-dossier-knowing/

"[Editor’s Note: In this special Just Security article, highly respected former member of the CIA’s Senior Intelligence Service, John Sipher examines the Steele dossier using methods that an intelligence officer would to try to validate such information. Sipher concludes that the dossier’s information on campaign collusion is generally credible when measured against standard Russian intelligence practices, events subsequent to Steele’s reporting, and information that has become available in the nine months since Steele’s final report. The dossier, in Sipher’s view, is not without fault, including factual inaccuracies. Those errors, however, do not detract from an overarching framework that has proven to be ever more reliable as new revelations about potential Trump campaign collusion with the Kremlin and its affiliates has come to light in the nine months since Steele submitted his final report.]"

As it turns out, on dossier accusations, as of yesterday donnie is 1 of 3

https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/clinton-campaign-dnc-paid-for-research-that-led-to-russia-dossier/2017/10/24/226fabf0-b8e4-11e7-a908-a3470754bbb9_story.html?utm_term=.0c127eb7a3ee

Also note; no one actually thinks the dossier is a bunch of crap. They do think parts of it are incorrect, the GOP has largely attempted to discredit the dossier and Steele, but a lot of it stands up. To the degree of "almost certainly" true.

Think about it dude. Follow the money trail. It's a well known secret in Washington that Israel has been influencing our elections ever since we oversaw the creation of that country. For example, we have testimony from high ranking investigation officials that money flowed in to Reagan to defeat Jimmy Carter. That's just one example.

US elections are all about the money. Money is king of the hill. So think of the implications and re-think your Benghazi throw out point. Benghazi was a complete joke of a grandstanding show used by the GOP because they had nothing to lose and everything to gain. There was no money for either party to gain coming in from Benghazi.

With other countries (meaning not Libya), it is different as either party can gain or lose campaign donations based on a candidates's stance, meaning nobody in Washington says ****. This is typical politics and has been for as long as recorded history. The Clintons have been documented to have taken money and benefited from foreign entities for a very long time now. This is not "allegations Franklin set forth are all that clear. There is documented tax return evidence that the Clinton's filed with the IRS. This has been known for a very long time and it's one of the reasons HC lost to Dump.

Liberals have been complaining about this problem for a long time but the media has not been putting it exactly in these terms. Palestine sympathy by the left. The complaints about Saudi (No doubt both sides are in cahoots and taking dirty money, including HC). And now the Russia problem, which comes across as mainly a continuation of American racism towards them. Does anyone really believe Russian politicians have decided to play just one side? That's political stupidity 101.

I hate to say it man, but you're derailing the thread, you're just doing it much more politely than TrourisJazzer. I'm not saying you don't have a solid idea set, I am saying this thread is about the donnie/russia. Let's keep it on topic.

Now, you wanna start a general "Liberals are a problem, this is why" thread, that's your prerogative. Wanna throw up a "Holy ****, American politicians are hypocritical *** hats", I'll probably even contribute.

JazzFanz GD is a scatter case at best. Let's try to stick to the actual investigation.

lol

Just curious, has anything from the Steele Dossier been proven false?

For all the mudslinging that Fox News is spewing right now on the dossier, to the best of my knowledge nothing about it has been disproven. In fact, many parts have been proven true.

Would it matter? I'm not sure if Congress right now would impeach Donald for colluding with Russia. Hell, I'm not sure if they'd impeach him if the video of him urinating on prostitutes surfaced either. The need to give billionaires tax cuts supersedes all right now.

sounds totalitarian to me!

I'm still chuckling at that tantrum.

What tantrum? I thought I explained it in a pretty calm manner.

Siloing isn't always the best idea, but it's a necessary evil when dealing with multiple complex issues.

And let's be fair... It's not like I've ever gotten so upset I offered to quit posting.
