IF? Starting to wonder if there is something we're not being told.

WHEN? Still looks like there is no real timetable

HOW? Will he need multiple games to get back into form and game shape.

WHO? Loses minutes.

WHY? Do we make him an offer or match if he gets a big one with him always being hurt.

Curious about everyone's thought's on the above.

IF? Doubt it

WHEN? Can't be far off, may also be to do with getting minutes in Burks or stuff at home...

HOW? Shouldn't take him any time. Notorious for needing a week to come good after an injury and NEEDS to be 100% but its just another test for our new fitness staff. Has been interesting watching out new fitness/recovery staff operate this year.

WHO? O'Neal, Rubio

WHY? <$20Mil/yr... yes

Curious about everyone's thought's on the above.

Welcome to the ugly reality of Utah Jazz injury ridiculousness. Answers are in green font.

IF? Starting to wonder if there is something we're not being told. We're never told anything either by the club or media.

WHEN? Still looks like there is no real timetable. There is no times or tables ever.

HOW? Will he need multiple games to get back into form and game shape. No, he's used to getting injured and ill. So he'll be back in 100% game shape.

WHO? Loses minutes. Mostly O'neale I think but most our players can play multiple positions so everyone but bigs may lose PT.

WHY? Do we make him an offer or match if he gets a big one with him always being hurt. We won't match a max offer. We'll match most offers though because he can play. But he's not as a #1 option obv, that experiment ended quickly so he must be signed to a tradable contract.

Developing into the #1 option over the offseason was a lot to ask when Im sure all he really wanted to do was stay healthy and have a good year both personally and as a team.

At 6'8, with that stroke and the flashes of his new found foul drawing abilities and willingness to get to the rim... the guy we replace him with would cost us close to $20Mil/yr anyway so Id prefer to ride with Hood and deal with the devil you know.

I'm kind of annoyed with this... no one said if he sprained it in practice or something. Just that it is sore... like can we get just a little info here. Even a "he tweaked it in practice and now we want to make sure it's 100%".

We rush Gobert back and he didn't look right last night at all, but we sit Rod with soreness. There is 100% something they aren't telling us... probably some stress reaction, scar tissue, or some BS that might indicate something more serious.

I don't want to gamble with him on a long term deal unless it is team friendly... when looking at the list of FAs recently I got a slight fear that he is going to get an offer we don't like and we either match it (a bad move) or let him walk for nothing (a less bad move). Is 4/80 too much?

If he could stay healthy I think DM/Hood backcourt is really good, but that "if" seems really dicey given his history.

I think his injury has to be worse than "left ankle soreness" at this point. Sucks too, because he was ballin before he got hurt.

It would be nice to know when this occurred or if it is just something that cropped up without contact or some incident.

Neto's injuries seem weird as hell too... he's had like 8 different injuries and I don't remember seeing him get hurt on the floor.

It's day to day. That's the timetable, meaning every game they are testing him to see if he is ready to go.

Who has more trade value, Hood or Favors?

Tough question, pretty similar.

Favors can be a starting C on a really good team but Hood has every chance of being MAXed out by a terrible team...

With the teams we'd probably be dealing with I'd suggest Favors slightly.

I predict the 76ers to go pretty hard at Hood. At 6'8 and a #3/#4 option he'd fit in perfect there, replacing JJ Reddick
