REALGM: Joe wants out

I don't think we get a second rounder unless we can find a team that wants him but likely wouldn't get him if he was bought out. I'm honestly not sure who would even be interested in him at this point.

Not surprised and I'm holding no ill will to Joe. This team is a playoff bubble team and he wants more.
I'll always, and I mean ALWAYS love Iso Joe for getting us that playoff series win.
He was literally the reason why Lob City is over.
Wish him well and hope he gets a ring wherever he goes

Jazz wanted to pay Raja his earnings to date. They didn't want him to get paid twice. Then they cut him loose right after the deadline to sign with another team and be eligible for the playoffs.

And I think we learned that while Raja was no angel, Corbin deserved most of the blame for his terrible interaction with players. Now if someone had the same complaints with Quin, I might be quicker to blame the player.

Loved Joe's time with the Jazz last year. This year he's been pretty bad, with a few good games here and there. He needs to be on a team where he can play spot minutes, like 10 a game, instead of trying to play 20+ with his age. I'll always remember how fun he was on last year's team, though. Wish him the best!

Love Joe, but won't be too sad to see him leave given his age and production. I do love his confidence and calm that he brings to the team when they otherwise might be pressing for a bucket. But, at the end of the day, him moving doesn't really hurt us in either the short or long term.

Loved Joe just for signing with Utah. Never cared much one way or the other about him before that. Didn't really matter how much he did. Just brought attention to Utah for deciding to play with the Jazz. But yeah, we don' get past the Clippers without him.

Roger Braille and Joe Johnson situation isn’t even comparable. They shouldn’t even be mentioned in the same sentence. You can’t honestly say you don’t see the difference.

Thank you Joe for signing with us , hitting all those game winners and taking us to the 2nd round. I will miss those ISO Joe moments and sweet reliable plays when you leave
