My wife LOVES going to the games. She doesn't even like leaving a little early to beat the traffic if we have the game in hand. She has the season tickets automatically built into the budget each year now.

Office meeting today, half of us were smiling and gleeful over the Jazz. The other half: "Spider Who?"

Such sad lives.

My wife LOVES going to the games. She doesn't even like leaving a little early to beat the traffic if we have the game in hand. She has the season tickets automatically built into the budget each year now.

I usually get tickets to a couple of games every year. Starting last year, we decided that my wife would use them to take our kids to the game instead of us going on a date together.

That, more than anything, has increased her interest in the Jazz.

When her office goes through and gives out tickets for perks, she always gets the best games available because she knows more than her co-workers about what games on the calendar are worth it. She took my son to the Cavs game where the Jazz beat them on LeBron’s birthday.



Now, I get basically anything Jazz that I ask for. She even listens to me go on about draft prospects for next year.

My wife liked following the team when we had AK (she has a Russian connection). Since then I've largely been alone in my fandom, though she came to a playoff game with me last season and had a fun time (though it was Game 3; the first home L v. Clippers, ugh).

A few weeks ago we were going to cancel comcast and cut the cord all together cause we are sick of paying so much. (bill went from 165 per month, which is too much, to 182 per month. ****)
