Jazz 2017/18 Playoff Bus! All Aboard!

Man... Wiggins and Towns are garbage in clutch situations. That will hurt them.

LOL - based on this one game? They'd probably say that of our players too based on our loss to the Hawks the other night.

Wiggins and KAT have actually been great in the 4th quarter based purely on the number of comeback wins they've had this season.

They've been great with Butler sure but terrible the past 3 yrs.

When’s AD’s contract up?

He can opt out in two years. This offseason, he’ll be in exactly the same place that PG13 was when he told Indiana that he wouldn’t re-sign with them.

I expect (if AD pulls a similar move) that the Pelicans will say they’re not trading him, guage his value at the deadline and then trade him next offseason before he can leave and when they can demand the highest price for him.

Minnesota will probably want Butler to commit to a long-term contract this offseason. If he refuses, they might be forced to consider trading him at the deadline or letting him walk next year for nothing. I think that the Paul George situation in OKC will actually factor in heavily to the T-Wolves decision.

Minny and Denver play 2 more times so that equates to at least one automatic losses for one or the other. 2 losses if one team loses both.

Edit: Oops somebody already brought this up.

Thanks Grizzlies.

Nuggets provided no help. But at least after the Nuggets lose their next two games people will hopefully put to bed the idea that they are a threat.

Oh damn Nuggets play at Toronto on a back to back. Raps better not blow another home game where they're favorites.

Tonight's games:

Spurs @ Wizards
Nuggets @ Raptors
Blazers
@ Pelicans
Bucks @ Clippers

If the bolded teams win here will be the standings 3-10:

3. Blazers 46-28
4. Thunder 44-31 (3)
5. Pelicans 43-32 (3.5)
6. Spurs 43-32 (3.5)
7. Jazz 42-32 (4)
8. Wolves 42-33 (4.5)
9. Nuggets 40-35 (6.5)
10 Clippers 39-35 (7)

Toronto is so simple. It all depends on three whales having keys to that team - Casey, DeRozan and Lowry. If they stick to their preached pre season culture of passing the ball and forgetting iso/hero ball it is beautiful offence to watch and they usually can beat anybody. If Casey for some reason thinks he can outsmall other teams and goes with his small ball ( sometimes 3 pg's in lineup) for too long it usually results in a loss. Same with DeRozan and Lowry trying to be a heroes and abandoning ball sharing. Its like Jekyll and Hyde, you are just not sure what you will get with them.

Great night last night with Denver going down and Memphis pulling off a miracle win. Big night tonight as well with some important games to keep track of.
I know right? It seems like every night there are games to keep an eye on. This is a crazy year, I can't remember having so much fun following a Jazz team. From the pits of the Hayward departure, Dante' s injury, the injury (ies) and return of Rudy, departures of HILL, Hood, & Joe Johnson, to the emergence of the spida, return and domination of Rudy, arrival of Crowder, return of Dante and the return to near contender status. It has been glorious!
