I'm not a Monson fan at all, but the overreaction to his piece is ridiculous.
Uhh, the ceiling would undoubtedly be higher w/ Hayward and Mitchell on the team together.I really don't like Monson, but I don't see what the fuss is about that article. He's not wrong; Mitchell is better and this team has a higher ceiling without him.
Lol. #goatThe ceiling is the roof.

The ceiling is the roof.
Also a what if:Rudy, Gordon, and Donovan would be an extremely formidable core, to say the least. Is a bit of a gut punch to think about "what if?"
Also a what if:
What if we stopped giving a **** about a player that didn't want to be here, go butt-hurt about a bunch of petty ****, never stood up for his teammates--or himself--and has played a grand total of 6 minutes for another team this entire season and only gave a **** about the players that are here and the dope *** **** that has happened this season and the bright future?
The Jazz would probably be the 3rd seed if Hayward stayed. They wouldnt have gotten off to as slow of a start. The Rudy injury would still hurt in December/Early January, but we probably win 1 or 2 more games in that stretch.Rudy, Gordon, and Donovan would be an extremely formidable core, to say the least. Is a bit of a gut punch to think about "what if?"
Yeah, while I dont feel this way, I think it's ridiculous to say that we cant have this kind of opinion published. Or that this opinion makes others look bad.How about we be authentic with our feelings instead?
