If you have an actual point feel free to come to it ??Good Guy Dante didn't have a great game in front of Lakers' GM and his former agent Rob Pelinka.

It seemed inevitable that 18-year-old Australian prospect Dante Exum would angle his way to play with the Lakers after moving out to Los Angeles this year, attending a handful of Lakers games and sparking a relationship with Kobe Bryant.
Exum has spent the last four months training in Los Angeles. He also struck up a relationship with Bryant after signing with both his agent (Rob Pelinka) and personal traner (Tim Grover). Exum relished watching Bryant’s workouts while rehabbing a fractured left knee that kept him out for all but six games in the 2013-14 season. Exum also values Bryant’s perspective after leaping from high school to the NBA.
Pelinka, the chatter went, would find a way to angle Exum onto the Lakers, where he could be groomed by—and eventually take over for—Bryant as a Lakers icon.
Exum, No. 4 in our latest mock draft, didn’t exactly deny that he would like to play for the Lakers, but understands that he might not have control over his destination.
But Exum said that “the media twisted” his interest level with the Lakers, reiterating that he maintains having an open mind toward all teams.
“Obviously the Lakers are a great organization, but I’m in this draft to go someplace where I feel is a good fit for me,” Exum said Thursday at the NBA pre-draft combine. “There’s no one team that I really want to go to.”
Lakers were linked to Dante pre-draft and I recall rumors that Pelinka was trying to push him there. It was just a tongue in cheek comment.
Dude, you said front office. And now you are quoting Tribune's writer? They can write any **** they want and does not mean anybody from front office actually said that.
Credible journalism**Let me explain to you how journalism works, since apparently you don't have even a baseline level of understanding.
--Newsrooms are staffed by individuals known as journalists.
--These journalists seek to uncover the most objective set of facts possible and then report them. This is what is known as "news."
--In order to uncover those facts they rely on sources - a group of individuals who, given their proximity or position, know the facts and become trusted by the journalist over time when they offer information that is a fact.
--Occasionally, particularly in the realm of sports and politics, journalists will offer their opinions or attempt to make sense of the news for their readers/viewers. This is known as "analysis."
--Most individuals who had a solid middle school English education can tell the difference between "news" and "analysis" due to a series of tells.
--When Tony, the beat writer for the Salt Lake Tribune which - for all intents and purposes - is the newspaper of record for Utah and the Jazz, writes things like: "Sources in the front office..." or, "I'm told by someone familiar with Lindsey's thinking..." or, "The Jazz believe..." those are tells that this is news, based on sources, and not analysis.

Count me among those who believe that Flc schooled you. Apparently your response is to grab a unicorn and dig a deeper hole.LMAO. Nobody got schooled here and if you trully believe that somebody in Jazz FO said that losing Exum had same impact as losing Gobert than you are more gullible than folks who believe in unicorns, fairies and that Earth is flat.
There was definitely too much Crowder and not enough Favors last night. Don’t get too cute Quin.I'm OK with giving Exum every single one of Royce O'Neale's minutes at this point as well as Neto's (he gets by default) and Burks as well. If there was a way, I'd be looking at Crowder's minutes too.
Rubio only has 1 year left. He's having a career year this year and maybe he does the same again next season and then "Hill's" the Jazz. Then DL could say "see ya later" because Dante is ready to be the starter.
Really doesnt matter who starts. All three could get 30 mins in a 3-man rotation. Or you keep them slightly under to create some PT for Royce.
I do think the Jazz need to find a shooter at the 4, though.
