Game 5: Termination Game -- Jazz @ Thunder 4/25/2018 7:30 pm MST

I point to Gobert's offensive foul as the single most important factor in the game being lost and I'm sure he does too.

Rudy, you don't need to brazenly hook a pubescent 100-something pounder, especially when you're in foul trouble. I'm sure you know that.

It happens. Where was the O? Rubio had an off game all night.

They already won once. Game two. If they play game 7, we would have to win there twice. Westbrook will defend his house.

How does winning there once, a week ago, going to make it harder to win there in a potential game 7? Does the previous game have some magical power of the one to come? Makes no sense. If anything, the previous win tells us that they are able to win there, since they did it before.

Jazz still have home court. Winning game two and then both at home was huge. Too bad they couldn’t stop the bleeding earlier and keep the game closer to finish. Although I thought they looked exhausted at that point, so it might not have mattered.

After Russ hit that first three, I thought Quin would call a TO and get them to start attacking weak points, but he waited on it and Russ got another. Called the TO Nd came back with four strait missed three pointers, while the Thunder converted on every offensive possession in that stretch. Should have thrown Royce, Exum and Jerebko inthere and fouled the **** out of them. Slow it down. Turn it into a slugfest for a few minutes, tried to draw a foul on Adams or PG and get Mitchell, Jingles and Crowder a break.

Winning any game in OKC is tough. That's what's important. And three potential HOFers have game 7 experience, and Westbrook will defend his floor with all he's got. That's the last place I want this inexperienced team to have to play a one and done game.

Good news is that this is the worst I’ll feel. We get our **** together and win game 6, and it doesn’t matter.

Or we implode and lose in seven. I’d just shrug my shoulders, the script has been written now. It won’t hurt as bad as this one.

It was weird to me the lack of timeouts called and how long it took for Mitchell to sub back in. The Jazz had an offense without a hub and a defense without an anchor while the Thunder went on a massive run at home in an elimination game.

Farbeit for me to question the COY.

What a pathetic, pathetic, pathetic choke job. My goodness that was sorry. I hope this lights a fire under them for Friday.

We lost. We'll learn, adjust, and win. Get over it.
I mean, hopefully. Probably?

Anyone remember when the fanbase didn't want to play this team? This loss was probably as deflating for the Jazz as it was rejuvenating for the Thunder.

@Revolution 9 hey man hope this is the first thing you see when you wake up. Jazz lost by 7 on the road, no big deal. we’re coming back home to try to close it out.

Please don’t look into it any further than that.
