Ben played 31 minutes, not 35.

When you are not shooting and let others
around you do the scoring, you dont hurt the team because you dont miss. John stockton played a similar role in the 90s, a pg with minimal shootings but set up the offense with his passing.

Yes mitchell is clearly the best rookie in the eyes of biased jazz fans. (Unfortunately you are one of them )
70 % of neutral , unbiased basketball fans and pundits would say simmons is the best rookie.

Actually Ron, I know this is wrong of me to utter this... But I almost felt like Mitchell went back into the game in the third so he wasn't left with a 2 pt game. When the game was a game - he was worth a deuce.

I think the back and forth on this thing is way over done. Mitchell wasn't quite as bad tonight, largely because he had many friends. Unlike the other night when Simmons was almost uniquely bad

and a 25% FG.

Imagine that, a bad day in his FG% is an average day for Simmons in FREE throw %

That's one game, and Philly was playing the Celtics without Irving, Hayward. Donovan's was against the best team in the NBA. Yea same difference though.
