Following Potential 2018 Draftees

No one's talking much about Chandler Hutchison. Are we basically putting KBD ahead of him as a prospect?

IMO Hutchinson is one of the players to watch at the combine. I kinda hope he drops to the early 2nd to a team like the kings where he'd have an opportunity to fight for a decent chunk of minutes.

I have questions about Anfernee Simons. He's got a physical build and budding offensive game that's reminiscent of a young Jamal Crawford. He's got a slight frame and needs to add strength to defend. The question is whether he's really a combo-guard or strictly a 2-guard, and whether he's undersized to guard on the wing. Offensive instincts and talent are real though.

He's sorta built like de'aaron fox. In a best case scenario he'd be the starting pg next to mitchell. I dont think he's strictly a 2, but he can finish like a 2 in transitition.

The problem with Kurucs is when he did get playing time he forced the issue and didn't come out well. His numbers aren't great but he has been compared to Hayward but haven't seen enough to have an opinion on that but I like the risk in the second round a lot.

Kurucs wants to play in the NBA and because of that it soured his relationship with Barcelona.

I think he has a future as a stretch 4 but he needs development.

Ive seen Kurucs play, just not recently. He's a legit athlete for sure he could be a trevor ariza style steal in the 2nd.

I feel like these days you need so Tatum, Brown size wings who play defense. Dudes who can switch onto almost anyone.

Gary Trent Jr. excite anyone? Or Troy Brown?

I like them but Trent is not that guy defensively, he's an offensive specialist. Troy Brown has a ton of defensive potential plus he's very good on the break with and without the ball.

Trent is 6'4- 6'5. Brown and Tatum are 6'7- 6'8 and a lot more athletic. If you want to duplicateb what you see there, Trent isn't the guy.

Troy Brown perhaps.

Troy Brown is not athletic(at least not anywhere close to Tatum or Brown level). But he has the size and some offensive skill. My comp for him has been Kyle Anderson but he might be slightly more athletic than him...

When I see him I think he could become Khris Middleton... shot has to come a long way. I’d be okay with drafting him because I think his size gives some upside... not my first choice. I like that he’s a good passer too... there are some things that you can’t teach... court vision and passing is a great sign of good BBIQ

What parts of their games do you actually see helping this team?

Does Trent's offensive skill set mesh with our offense?

Troy brown would help defensively and on the break ad with ball movement, he's got great vision and he's a plus athlete with good hands and a pro swingman frame.

Trent fits the offense he's a finesse player thru and thru but could be efficient off the bench. He's more of a bench player for Utah though pure SG.

Kaiser Gates is a 6'7 or 6'8 wing yall should check out, he'd be a steal in the 2nd. Reminds me a bit of wilson chandler, i believe he was under utilized in college off the bench and his 3 pt shot is pure.

He's hired an agent already too, definitely in.
