NBA SUMMER LEAGUE 2018

Allen getting under Baldwin’s skin and getting him ejected is amazing. I love it.

Grayson finished with 16 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals.

Anfernee Simons (a guy that a lot of people liked before the draft) finished with 10 points, 1 rebound and 0 assists.

Gary Trent looked good shooting the ball and finished with 16 points.

Portland's SL team could have probably given The Suns a run for their money last season .

They got 7 or 8 guys with NBA talent .

Jazz have maybe 3 .

This but Allen, Bradley, and Niang are all definitely NBA players.

Kendrick Ray was 0-8 today, rough game.

Bradley scored 16 points on 6-7 from the field. Niang scored 16 points as well on 7-14 from the field.

Tony Bradley still struggles and commits too much foul. Short to play the actual center position and too slow to play the power foward position. Gets blocked often and has no hops whatsoever. 16 pts and 8 fouls ain't gonna cut it.

He also got dunked on big time by Wade Baldwin.

I agree, I don't think he is the answer moving forward.

Short? Have you seen his measurements? He has more vertical and horizontal length than 95% of NBA centers.

His problem today was bad refs, then he got frustrated and started doing dumb things on defense and just fouling to make up for it. The 3 games in SLC he was much better with positioning.

Here's my thing on Bradley. You want your back up center to be really good at one facet of the game. Either rebounding or blocking shots or an instant offense or get to the line consistently guy ..even just being a high energy guy who makes a few hustle plays a game.

Bradley seems to be ok at everything yet doesn't stand out at anything - l just don't see much to get excited about with the guy.

Allen just played Baldwin snug and got him ejected for his trouble. Yeah, we got Ingles heir apparent. Grayson will be a villian in the league and he knows it. Do what works.

Niang is too slow to use a roster spot on and would be a downgrade to our roster if he’s the Jonas replacement. He is an elite three point shooter though and deserving of a two-way contract.

Convince me I am wrong.

Yeah, let's write him off. He's 20 years old already.

His age is kind of my point. Picking raw talent without any stand out skills late in the first round is questionable at best.

More than likely you're going to end up with a guy that you spend 2 -3 years developing for the sole purpose of them becoming trade filler.

See DeShawn Stevenson, CJ Miles, Kosta Koufos .

I ****ing love Grayson Allen. He must’ve pestered and hounded Baldwin all game long, because from the many replays they showed of the incident, Allen did not one damn thing to deserve a push punch, or whatever the hell that was. Allen is going to get us a few extra free points this year. Lol. I remember Harpring doing this well and Ingles some this last year, Allen May trump them all. I bet Rubio is thinking he may not be the punching bag this year, Lol. Allen might want to make Crowder his best friend, haha, but seriously, he might want to look into that. He’s going to be a target for opposing players and teams. Allen would’ve fit in with the early 90’s badboys. He could be the modern day bill Laimbeer

He's quickly growing on me. 3 games, some good unexpected potential as a facilitator, good shot mechanics, better defender than I thought, and he knows how to troll. He and Ingles are going to get along famously.
