The world has never been under a greater force of re-structuring human society than today.

The Viking raids still have discernible historical consequences..... Attila the Hun.... Ghengis Khan, Alexander the Great, the Roman Empire.... all historically significant....

But today we're doing systematic "globalization" and there's some stuff we're just not being kept aware of, in the interest of a better world managed better by our forward thinking elites.

Here's a bit about Brazil.

Brazil is the refugee destination for a lot of folks fleeing social paradise Venezuela.... "overwhelmed" northern border. The Chinese investment into Brazil also comes with hughs... hundreds of thousands... numbers of Chinese immigrants.

Used to be the Chiang Kai Shek Chinese with influential business communities all over the world. Now it's Xi's "revolutionary business guards", the efficient worker bees with the total compliance mindset who will work for the National Business Revolution.

Gotta respect those Chinese. Confucius say "He who works will eat best".

Displacing unskilled and relaxed Brazilians from jobs en mass in the nation that can rival the US in Ag business has led to a sort of crisis.... a hunger crisis in the land of Beef and Molasses.

good as a bet, stupid as a joke.

Not that British Bankers are really the root cause of anything, but be sure they sure have some tight lips on the teats of every good cause you could believe in or work for or contribute to.

Second-hand news, from Brazil.

People in the great Beef export leader are eating fake beef now. You know..... the engineered Petri-dish stuff like I used to grow in tissue culture for immunological and cancer research.

See, ya get some live cells from a cow and incubate them in growth media. In a couple of days the plate is covered with the stuff. You harvest it as a sheet.... who knows do you even need to wash it///????.....and ship it to the hamburger joint where it's peeled off and slammed on the grill for a couple of minutes.

None of this skinning the cows, removing the bones and guts and making Jell-O from the hoofs. No shipping live animals, no slaughter house, no freezer.

Locals are suspicious.

They are dying somehow, and the hospitals are closed for some reason. But there's these new businesses outsida town owned by the Chinese, and there's a lot of restricted neighborhoods all over... gated or patrolled.... with "Chinese Only" signs and "NO Brazillians allowed" signs. natives are being arrested for waling on the wrong side of the street. It's pure racism, folks. Unabashed, unshamed, proud racism.

Locals are starting to notice.... the Chinese get health care they can't find at any price.....

The Brazillians are being Eugenicised outta their country, and it's being handed over to the Chinese.

The New Beef is being suspected of being the Soilit Green of our generation, while Eugenics is the Settled Science sayin' it's all good.

Chinese capitalism bad, US capitalism good...

Old boss is the same as the new boss, unless he's Chinese then its worse, gimme a break.

It's been a while since I watched Soylent Green. Are they making a remake?

Critical thinking skills..... update....

Pretty damn sure the Fords and Rockefellers can smile like Trump when doing deals with the Chinese, Russians or any of the 180 or so countries in the world.

Here in the United States..... the rebel colonies to you, mate....we once cooked up a new idea of how to do business without the guvmint bein' the dealmaker. The idea, roughly, in America, is that we once.... and some still think we still do....have a form of business that is not directly run by the guvmint.

Sure we had the Robber Barons and once tried to regulate competition and had a bureaucracy that made the Fords and Rockefellers mad enough to go build the factories in Germany so they could still monopolize world markets. And your Royals were good to go with the plan, too. Dunno how The City of London gets along without the patronage of Parliament, but really, if you're nuisance enough to catch attention used to be they'd send you Australia. I still don't get why Australians are willing "Subjects" of the Crown.

But communist governments generally.... notably.....Russia, China, Cuba... have been experiments in State Capitalism, meaning the little honchos owned it all and paid pretty poor wages and mismanaged everything generally, until the last thirty to fifty years when we started letting our big monopolists go there to build all kinds of factories so they could pay workers less, too.

that's why, generally, I describe socialism and communism as mere rhetorical displays for the ignorant masses who have proven themselves easily misdirected...... used and abused and crapped on all through history. And I note, it seems "religion" never was quite so effective an opiate for the people as socialist utopian dreams have been.

I actually never did watch it.... yet..... but it was part of the cultural context in college whenever the Russian Lit class strayed into "Mbii" territory..... sorry I don't know how to switch to the Cyrillic alphabet in here..... The book "We" was published in the west though written in Russia and is considered the first of the genre of ultimate statism horrors. Eugene Zamyatin the author.

No remake that I've heard of.....I looked at some videos just now for a few minutes.... I think the old film cast in dark tones is perfect for the theme.....

This book has had more influence with me than the Book of Mormon or the The Bible.....

My news source for this stuff from down in Brazil is from perhaps my wife's most significant brother and his wife. One of my closer cousins and friends also married a Brazilian. I should perhaps ask him about it, too. Some many years ago he (my brother in law)went to Brazil and was general handiman for a Catholic orphanage run by an bunch of nuns. He was their fixit for plumbing, electrical, yard work etc, but he also became something of their camp leader taking charge of fun activities, since that is what life always boils down to for him. He fell in love with a really, really nice girl who was more or less their wonderful choir person. She still has frequent contact with her family down there. Goes there every few years and whatnot, sometimes her sister comes up here to stay for six months or a year.

When my kids were needing tending and my wife and I both working, she was our chief babysitter, and my girls are like part of the family, going to the Catholic school even sometimes but for sure the sunday worship. The Catholic cousins and the Born Again grandpa, and the Mormon aunt. I once asked my kids what the difference in these religions was.

I was told matter of factly that the Catholic Church was God's Church, the Born Agains were Jesus's Church, and the Mormons were Heavenly Father's Church. I found that to be the most succinct and absolutely factual essay on religions I've ever heard.

Sure, the accounts I hear about Brazil are street views, but apparently this is a huge issue of the day down there. People are really starving, and the tissue culture product is really the main meat the poor can afford, almost.... and there is massive unrest about it. People really think they're being fed crap. People are buying dog food and living off that because it's better than the cultured meat. They are really thinking they are being displaced by the Chinese in the workforce. Huge areas near the new industrial outfits are really posted "No Brazilians Allowed" and people are being arrested for going into these areas if they are not Chinese.... There is no "cultural assimilation" going on, it's whole-hog transplant of Chinese business and workers. The word on the street is "Millions of 'Em". They have their own malls and hospitals even, and yes indeed there are Brazilian hospitals shut down and lots of people not knowing where to go to get care. Kinda like our "Mexican" workforce getting the front of the line at our emergency care while our Veterans are waiting weeks to see their doctors with "news" about some Vets killing themselves in the Vet Admin parking lot because they can't get their pain meds. Pretty wild stories, likely..... but that is what things are looking like on the Street, according to some....

My Chinese sister in law, whose father was in the Chinese Navy when he was still working, is pretty impressive. Smart as anyone I know, and works harder than anyone I know. Is a hospital administrator/doctor. I tell ya, people who roll outta bed and go to work like that are everybody's dream workforce.

We had a market test for the cultured meat up here a few years ago and it quickly became a very unpopular thing. If we use it here, our fast food chains are not advertising the source of the "hamburger", but I make no guarantees that it is not some fraction of our market already.... don't start stopping to take a close look at your food.....you might get suspicious, too.

This is VERY interesting:

I have long been following the Silk Road and Belt Initiative concept as it has been promoted by the Lyndon LaRouche organization. LPAC as it's sometimes called by supporters. LPAC is socialist but anti-British and argues with some coherent facts that Russia should be our ally more than the British.... Russia helped us both in the Revolution and the War of 1812 with Britain. Russia helped the north in the Civil War while Britain was attempting to run the Union blockades around the coastal ports of the Confederacy. France also helped us(the Union) in both the Revolutionary War and the Civil War. France gave us the Louisiana Territory.... a vast stretch of the Mississippi and Missouri drainage at a very cheap price. Russia gave us Alaska at perhaps the cheapest price per acre in history....

Britain conspired after the Revolution to turn the colonies against one another with preferential trade deals for states that would play ball, attempted to seduce the American cause through treasonous agents like Aaron Burr, and meddled in American elections.... a practice that has grown more and more significant especially during the "Progressive" era and the movement towards the League of Nations and the United Nations. Britain has interfered in our finance through international banking institutions and has effective control of our Federal Reserve today. Britain effectively controls our Council on Foreign Relations and exerts tremendous influence in our government. We have adopted British concepts in regard to land management inside our country, and British corporates hold immense stakes in American resource exploitation. Here in Utah, through BP, and mining cartel Rio Tinto, Kennecott Copper even today as a virtual cash cow for the monarchy, actually holding the vast land tracts as sovereign holdings (not subject to US law). The EPA nor the Utah DEQ have no proceedings to regulate them. They are, however, somewhat ahead of the curve in being responsible environmental actors. They hold immense power inside Utah over Utah politics, more than the LDS Church.

All that said, I could argue that I hold a better claim to the Throne than the Queen...… lol.....

I just recognize influence, cartelism, corporate power in politics, and fascism for what it is..... herd management, under the philosophy that humans are subjects of those who bear sway over us, and not the inviolate sovereign citizens imagined or claimed under the US Constitution.

I am on the side of all the other people, who like me, have been, and are being....and will be forever.....abused by the immoral indecent elites of the old order, until we step up to finish the Revolution worldwide..... putting down the phony commie revolutionaries who are running the "left-hand" of the Brit world dominance puppet show. Putting down socialism in general, and elitism or statism of the Chinese and Russian varieties as well.....

Come, Lord Jesus.

Trump should sign us up for the Belt Road and build us a MagLev tunnel under the Bering Strait. Maybe we and Canada should push one to Greenland and Iceland as well.... to Norway and Denmark and Britain.

Boats are pretty good as cheap transport goes, but extra loading and unloading is avoided with a global MagLev train system.....

Listening to Breitbart the other night, the discussion went to Dairy Cows. I had to call in. The issue was just how much impact cheap foreign or immigrant labor has on the Dairies. An Irishman argued that slave labor retards innovation, technology, equipment purchases, computer applications and the like, noting that the ignorant unskilled hordes are costing Americans not only the low wage jobs but a lot of high wage jobs as well. A dairy employee called in to call the Irishman ignorant.... failing to refrain from a racial/ethnic slur and was cut off.

I called in to make the peace, noting that while the Irish gentleman had the macroeconomics perfectly understood, it will always take a lot of hands to hook up the milking machines and move the cows along...…

But then afterwards I was devastated by realizing that the same kind of thinking that leads to petri-cultured beef must be followed shortly by petri-cultured milk production as well...….

yep. Seamless automation all the way to the cup of yogurt?????

I've buttered my bread maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing automated systems for the last 18 years. We're about to enter a golden age of automation and I'm gonna need more bread.

Siro and Dal might give the idea a whirl..... how to grow mammary gland tissue in a conformation that would allow nutrients to be supplied from one side of the membrane while milk exudes continuously from the other...… directly into the collection system, into the filters/pasteurizers etc. etc.... and down the pipe to the yogurt dept....

wonder what effects adjuvants.... chemicals in the nutrient stream necessary to enhance productions and control unwanted bacteria and viruses..... hormones and whatever effective stimulants can be applied..... would have on the milk quality.

The allegation from Brazil.....a nice but uneducated lady and her elderly mother determined not to move out of their native country.... is that people are dying from the cultured beef product..... which the Chinese nationals won't eat but about all the natives can afford.... they're calling it genocide.....killing off the Brazillians and replacing them with the ethnic Chinese who live.... and in fact are policed....exactly as they would be in China.

The wonders of State-owned industries...… owned outright by the top tier of elites.... is that speech and religion and cultural and laws and governance are all in one neat package, where-ever the investment is physically placed on this globe. Globalism...….. Chinese style.

Well, until your entire skill set and critical thinking for the job is compiled and loaded onto a robot who eats less bread.

Yep, I give it about 20 years. Plenty of time for more butter.

There's gonna need to be someone fixing the robots that fix the robots for a good bit yet.

This fake meat issue has legs...…

fake meat, fake milk....

I bet there will be a lot of "runners" trying to get outta the company mills, trying to run off into the mountains where real meat can be poached, at high risk.... should be as exciting as dying in a gang shootout in Chicago.

always will be some moonshiners in them thar mountains, too. dunno where the highly skilled artisans of fine dining and imbibing will hang their shingles..... bet every castle has a moat too.... bet the best gourmet and brewers will get top dollar, probably better pay than doctors.
