I'm not going to pretend that I've been watching this guy since he was in high school; but his efficiency numbers took a huge hit when he became the focal point of his team's offense last season. All his better offensive numbers were based on volume. To me that's a huge red flag
Burks seems like a decent college player that got a chance to be the focal point on a middle of the road big 12 team.
In a stronger draft he might be forgotten and fall late in the first round because nothing really jumps out to me about him, he isn't a big time athlete or a sharp shooter. However in this draft he will be worth to consider at #12 because he is only 19 so he's got plenty of time to work on his shot and even though he isn't athletic he has got nice length and moves pretty smoothly around the court.
Watched a interview and he sounds determined to work hard to improve his outside shot.
I imagine that's what GM's are going to look at the most, he's got to become a better shooter if he's going to see time on the floor.
