No, this is dumb. We already did an all-time draft this year. Not being able to draft current players just makes it lamer.

Generally the same as usual, 12 hours to pick, trades are fine. But they have to be retired or playing elsewhere without a reasonable chance of coming back to the NBA. If they don't have a contract, but played last year, and haven't announced anything, they're still considered active.
