Plays like that should be reviewed and fined. Obvious flops need to be punished. Maybe if Manu and Fisher lose half their money every game they will stop acting like dumb asses.

I'd go so far as saying coaches should be given two red flags a game like in the NFL. If they throw it, and the play is overturned, not only does it erase said foul but they still have (a maximum of) two more red flags to throw and a technical is given to the "actor." I'd also add that he be fined by the league for $10,000. In this case, Lebron would get the technical (and the fine), the Mavs would go to the line for a shot and get the ball. As the game continues, Carlisle would still have two more flags to throw since the call was overturned, also like in the NFL. If he were to throw it again and the Heat were again guilty of acting the foul, the call this second time would be a flagrant thus sending the Mavs to the line for two shots and the ball. In addition, if the same player were guilty of acting, he'd be fined an additional $25,000, as would the team. If by chance, a third infarction occurred (each coach would have a max of three throws like in the NFL), the team would be fined a total of $75,000 (25K for second infraction, 50K for third). The player would again be fined accordingly too. If by chance it was one player's third infraction of the game, he'd be fined an additional $50,000 (just like the team). I'd add that he should perhaps be kicked out of the game as well but that could bring up some slippery slope situations I think.
