Big changes to Church schedule...

I’ve been doing two hour church for years. Apparently I’m a trend setter!

I should have said I think it's weirdly worded. You're right it makes sense, it just threw my brain for a loop the first time reading it.

Saying that using nicknames such as “Mormon” for the church are “a major victory” for Satan is silly imo. Basically they are saying that the church embraced this “victory” for years. And now suddenly its bad?

I can see pushing for using the actual name but find the melodrama to be silly

Yes--President Nelson did that at the general women's meeting, like he did with the youth whenever that was, maybe 4 months ago.

Im fine if they want to control their own people and tell them what to do but I dont like it when they try to control everyone else as well.

Considering a lot of people view the church as being none Christian, I can see it.

I can’t. The church informally embraces the names for years and years. Guess they were embracing Satan... just seems like an unnecessary bogey man.

Lol, well they said it in woman’s conference so..... lol. I was told by someone he wants everyone to take a ten day break to get closer to god and a break from all the negativity that comes with social media.
