Isn’t his contract only partially guaranteed next year?
Agreeing with this idiot makes me feel dirty all overWhat a stupid *** trade just from the stand point that we used an expiring contract to get him. When we could have used that as ammo to make a more important trade.
Now we are stuck with him next year for 7.5 mil too. Damn, that was so dumb.
I would way rather have Burks and those picks too.
He’s still doing more in Cle then Korver is here. He’s had a few good shooting games, but has also had just as many bad shooting games, and does not one other damn thing. By the way, before the trade Korver was hitting 46% of his threes, he’s now hitting 37% since he came to Utah. We traded for him to do one thing and one thing only, hit threes, and he’s not doing it. He may as well do what he did last time he was here, pass up threes. Also, by the way, one of those seconds we gave up might be a glorified first round pick as it might be in the mid 30’s.I don't believe his contract is really hard to get rid of. I'd also like to see how he's playing in a few months before I write him off. That being said, Burks was kind of rotting here as well and he hasn't lit the world on fire in Cleveland so far (in his defense, it is Cleveland).
Then goes 3-15 the next two or three games after, thank god this thread will be here like two rival gangs doing the never ending revenge cycle thing, brilliant!!!This is good... now we have an easy thread to bookmark when he has another big game.
Also we have 80 bujillion dollars in expirings and trust me... we could flip Korver in a second if we wanted.

He’s been good in 3/8 games... last night wasn’t bad... he was 1/4 but one shot was a heave.
Teams don’t leave him open... he’s a better shooter than AB. I’m not sure why anyone would single out his game last night.
Just saying that korver is better at some things (shooting) and Burks is better at some things (rebounding, creating, passing, drawing fouls, ball handling)You know I love the guy... but he’s not looking great in Cleveland. I don’t want to make it an AB bashing thread but get annoyed when posters here are like “we gave up a rotation player and got an old guy back” we got a good rotation player... I’m not sure AB is a rotation player... he tends to sparkle and fade. It’s a small sample for both dudes and I still want AB to succeed even if it means the Korver trolls get more ammo.
