I am not sure why so many are so keen on getting another pick in this draft.
1st round picks come with guaranteed rookie contracts. Unless that changes in the pending agreement, I am not sure why the Jazz would want to take on three guaranteed rookie contracts in a draft that really only has a handful of players they want.
Now if you could get an early 2nd round pick, that might have a greater value in this draft. That can allow you to to take a flyer on a guy like Evans without the guarantee if he doesn't pan out.
If that's the case I couldn't imagine it'd be that difficult to move the #30 for a second rounder or package it with Tomic for a future first rounder.
